Ellie Goulding. Tinie Tempah. Hanging On.
My favourite, Ellie Goulding is currently working on her second album and she is treating fans to titbits in the meantime. And by titbits I mean covers of some fantastic songs. It appears Ellie loves of doing sublime covers. The first was of ‘High for This’ by The Weeknd, which didn’t get nearly as much exposure as it should have, it is utterly magical. Now she has covered ‘Hanging On’ by Active Child and she has once again teamed up with her ‘Wonderman’ collaborator, Tinie Tempah.
With the cover, Ellie brings her ethereal, floaty and sultry vocals to the completely revamped song, with Tinie Tempah adding his signature brand to it all. Overall it is a must have. I cannot wait to hear more from her!
