Double 99-“Rip Groove”

The Record was made in just 4 hours. In the kitchen of a one bedroom flat in London. It had a bass line that “rocked any club and went on to champion a whole new era.” In 1997 it was the first UK Garage record to go into The National Charts, twice, all in the space of 3 months!

There was not a DJ on the land that did not embrace this record. It’s Double 99 “Rip Groove” and they’re back.

The package contains two mixes one from the man of the moment The Count aka Herve. “Mega” Herve has remixed for the like’s of Lily Allen, The Prodigy, Calvin Harris, Mark Ronson and Bassment Jaxx and this is just to name a few.

Mix two is from an up and coming 17 year old producer called Josh Kinsella from Newport South Wales and goes by the name of ‘Kenzy’ he was the winner to the Skint Records remix competition! “This boy is on fire.”

“These massive Mixes are upfront, tight and enough to take you back to that exciting moment when music could make you feel good, so make sure you get on board.”
