New Young Pony Club play a mixture of an electro-indie-pop-rock and combine catchy lyrics and beats to produce feel good music.
The five-piece electro band from London consists of Tahita Bulmer (vocals), Andy Spence (guitar), Igor Volk (bass) Lou Hayter (keyboards) and Sarah Jones (drums) who formed NYPC in 2005.
Ice Cream, their first single on Modular (which is my favourite song), was used in a television advert, commissioned by Intel for their new Duo processors in the fall of 2006 and gave Americans a taste of their indie-pop feel…
Although relatively unknown, the band are a hit with the indie fans and keep them coming back for more.
