Jax who?

Hailing from the creative hub of Bellville (Cape Town), Jax Panik has risen from obscurity to being one of South Africa’s most promising new acts. What started out as an online-only release a year ago now enjoys high rotation play listing and a growing fan base.

Jax is principally a virtual performer that started his career on the internet; putting out tracks and playing online ‘gigs’ in the form of wacky performance videos. This left fans hungry for a real live show…

2009 sees Jax rolling out an actual real-life live show!

Hold on to your hats… another album is coming!

Jax is currently working on a new full-length album, due for release in July. The album, produced by Jax and Johnny de Ridder, promises even catchier hooks, melodies, lyrics, and choruses.

World-wide Jax!

Cigarettes & Cinnamon, the debut Jax Panik album, was released independently on CD in South Africa at the end of 2008. The highly successful local release is now finally available worldwide as digital download on iTunes, Rhapsody, Amazon, Napster, and various other leading music download sites.
