Jaxis currently working on a full length album due for release in December. Contributors include Johnny de Ridder (Fokofpolisiekar / Soft Light City), Ryan Johnson (ex Dirty Skirts bassist), and Jurgen von Wechmar (Sunset studios). If all goes well the disc will be available in Musicastores nationwide from the 1st of December and everywhere else from Jan 2009.

Since the success of his first single, Cigarettes & Cinnamon, this totally independent artist has gone from strength to strength. He’s been featured in many of SA’s top publications and TV shows and his music is gaining popularity on a host of local radio stations. Apart from claiming number one spots on 5FM and many other local stations, Jax is also one of the most downloaded performers on MXit and enjoys thousands of views and fans on Facebook, Youtube, and Myspace.

His highly anticipated debut album, appropriately titled Cigarettes & Cinnamon, will include all the popular tracks off his debut EP as well as 4 brand new tracks and two cool remixes.
